I was the proud owner of the Power Blower,, which I only used slightly since purchase, but cared for it by observing owner use and handling diligently. One day it did not start. I inspected spark, gasoline mix, bulb fill and other related details to no avail. I then looked up your local service dealer “La Casa Del Jardinero” 787-720-5959, who issued repair ticket # 12940. when the repair was complete, they reported that the only problem was a defective Carburetor membrane and that I had to pay $25.00. I reminded them that they had copy of my purchase receipt from Home Depot that showed date of purchase and that the unit had a 5 year warranty at the time of purchase. They then stated that the membrane does not fall under warranty, but I failed to see any such exclusion in the warranty documents. I then emailed them saying I will proceed to request a Return Credit from Home Depot and Echo for false warranty Representation.
